TOSD Support Agreement

Support Agreements are only required by client’s whose website is not hosted by TOSD.

The purpose of a TOSD Support Agreement is to provide clients with ongoing website application support after the initial 3 month warranty period has expired. At just $8.00 per month, a Support Agreement is an excellent way of securing your website facilities with regular offsite backups, and ensuring that help is there when it is needed. The breakup of the monthly rate is $3.00 for the complete backup and 4 x $1.25 for the included support tickets.

How to Subscribe to a Support Agreement?

Submit the following form. You will be directed to PayPal where you can make a secure payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by transferring funds from your own PayPal account.

Important Notes

  • The first backup will be performed within 48 hours of the receipt of your payment.
  • Owners will be advised of any recommended security upgrades to any of their website facilities.
  • This Support Agreement does not cover modifications, uploading of client content, or maintenance associated with problems caused by the owner.
  • Support Agreements are only applicable to client’s whose websites are not hosted by TOSD.
  • Each Support Agreement is applicable to a single hosting account. If a client has multiple hosting accounts, then a Suppport agreement would be required for each one.
  • If a Support Agreement is not established with The Online Shop Designer (TOSD), then TOSD cannot re-instate a website and its data in the event of failure. With a backup, an entire website and all associated facilities can normally be restored in under half an hour!
