- Webmail (check your email while you are away from your normal PC)
- Log in to your hosting account (above)
- Click the [Email Accounts] icon
- Click the [Access Webmail] icon next to the account you wish to check
- Enter your password then click on one of the email client icons (RoundCube is an easy one)
- Support Account (check the knowledge base and submit support tickets)
- e-glue Account (create email newsletters and check campaign statistics)
- Domain Management (register a new domain or access your existing one(s)
How to accept a website design proposal
- Submit the Proposal Acceptance Form.
- Upon receipt of your acceptance TOSD will create a billing account and issue an invoice.
- Log on to your Billing Account and pay the initial invoice.
How to order a new service
New services such as an e-glue email newsletter marketing account, support agreement, hosting account upgrade or SSL certificate can all be ordered from within your billing account.
- Log on to your Billing Account
- Select [Manage Packages] then click [Order a new package]
How to sign up to a Support Agreement

- Complete and submit the form. Payment is via PayPal (you may transfer funds from your PayPal account or pay by credit card)
