TOSD Support Agreement

The purpose of a TOSD Support Agreement is to provide clients with ongoing support after the initial 3 month warranty period has expired. At just $5.00 per month, a Support Agreement is an excellent way of securing your website facilities with regular offsite backups, and ensuring that help is there when it is needed.

Support Agreement Coverage Support Item Included Website server: all work required to keep the website online and accessible to the public. Email server: all work required to ensure that server based email accounts are functional and available. Help and advice with your website application. Covers support for all those website related issues: How do I …?, Is it possible to …?Note that all ‘Help and advice’ is delivered in the form of a written response to a support ticket. Monthly, scheduled, offsite backup of the entire hosting account. Notification of recommended security upgrades Application Upgrades are available on a cost for service basis. They are not covered by the annual Support Agreement fee. Annual Support Agreement Cost (payable in advance): $60.00 (all prices include GST – rates are per hosting account per year)

How to Subscribe to a Support Agreement?

Submit the following form. You will be directed to PayPal where you can pay using your own PayPal account or a Visa or Mastercard.

Important Notes

• The first backup will be performed within 48 hours of the receipt of your payment.
• Owners will be advised of any recommended security upgrades to any of their website facilities.
• This Support Agreement does not cover modifications, uploading of client content, or maintenance associated with problems caused by the owner.
• Support agreements are only applicable after the expiry of the free support period (3 months) that comes with every website designed by TOSD.
• Each Support Agreement is applicable to a single hosting account. If a client has multiple hosting accoounts, then a Suppport agreement would be required for each one.
• If a Support Agreement with The Online Shop Designer (TOSD) is not established, then TOSD cannot re-instate a website and its data in the event of failure.
