During Development
Often I find that while I am busy developing a site for a client, they are equally busy preparing their content. I encourage this as it is a good way to ensure that your site becomes fully operational in the minimum possible time.
The information and tutorials in this Support Section section provide a wealth of information associated with the processes and best practices involved in preparing images and assigning file names. This is particularly important if you have chosen an Online Shop design. Clients who have a CMS web site by TOSD will also find useful information.
Post Development
- Tutorials are available on this site covering relevant topics associated with the maintenance of your Online Shop, Email List Server or Blog. In the case of an Online Shop, these will cover day to day administrative operations such as preparing and uploading images, maintaining the catalogue, customer groups and information pages, and processing orders.
- Email or phone support will be provided for a period of 3 months dated from the completion of the development phase. This is available for any operational issues that may arise. New development work is outside the scope of this support.
