Processing an order


When a customer places an order the Online Shop administrator is notified by email. In addition, if the order was placed with a credit card, a further email is sent to the administrator with the centre 8 digits only. The remaining credit card details are securely stored (and encrypted) in the database. The following steps outline how to process an order. Note: unprocessed orders are set to "Pending" by default. Security TIP: after you have successfully processed the transaction  immediately delete the email you received with the centre 8 digits.
Note: the revised order status will also be available to your customer should they check their account order history online.
