Access Admin as usual entering your Username and Password when prompted.

To delete, copy or move an item:
  • Click Category then navigate through the folders to find the item of interest
  • Highlight the item you wish to operate on by clicking once on it, then click the [delete], [copy to] or [move] button on the right
  • If you have elected to delete the item you will be asked "Are you sure you want to permanently delete this product?". If you are then click [delete]
  • If you have elected to move or copy the item you will be prompted for the destination folder
Note: moving the item removes it from one folder and inserts it into another. Copying an item also moves it to a new folder, but a copy is left behind in the original folder

To disable an item:
  • Navigate to the item you wish to disable. The diagram above shows the current status. Green indicates active or "in stock" (visible to customers), red indicates disabled or "out of stock" (still in the database but not visible to customers)
  • Click [edit] to view the item details. At the top of the screen you will see the "Product's Status"
  • Click the [Out of stock] button as indicated then record the change [preview/update]
  • As shown below the status flag will now be red and the item will no longer be visible to the customer
  • If the item comes back in stock simply reverse the above procedure by setting the status to "In stock"
