Need to capture a screen image and save it as an image file for inclusion in your web site? Take a look at SnapaShot - http://www.nicekit.com/screen-capture/best-free-snapshot.htm. It's free, fast and very simple to use.

While SnapaShot is often used for capturing sections of a rendered web site page and converting it to an image file (such as a jpg) it is also very useful for capturing other displayed formats such as pdf documents.

When you have a problem with how something appears on your web site take a 'snapshot' of the section of the screen with SnapaShot to send in to TOSD support.  A picture is worth a thousand words :)
