- If a graphical design has been submitted as part of this proposal then up to two hours of modifications are available at no additional charge. The Standard Rate will apply for all design work in excess of that allowance.
- In transferring a graphical design, which is a drawing, to a fully rendered website displayed on a monitor, small changes to the resultant appearance may occur. Equally, there may be differences in the way a user’s browser renders particular features. TOSD will make every effort to minimise these effects, but can make no guarantee that the completed web facilities will appear to be identical on every user’s monitor.
- For local clients who can visit TOSD, one hour of face to face training is available at no additional charge.
- Where training or development meetings are required to be held on the client’s premises additional charges will apply.
- If this proposal has provisions for content (text, images, video or tabulated data) to be uploaded and formatted by TOSD then it will be the client’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the resultant work. TOSD will accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions that may inadvertently occur. If notified within 14 days of the completion of work however, corrections will be made at no charge.
- Clients are required to ensure that the content of their website meets all current Australian legislation regarding publications. The client shall further indemnify TOSD in respect of any claims, costs and expenses that may arise from any material included in their site by TOSD at the client’s request.
- This proposal is for the design and deployment of a web site and/or associated facilities. Unless otherwise specifically stated it does not include Internet marketing services. Should those services be required please contact TOSD.
- Support via the TOSD Support Desk (http://www.tosdnet.com.au/suppport) is available for a period of 90 days from the completion of work. - Support advice on other associated matters including (but not limited to) image preparation, email setup and general computer skills will only be available via the web site (http://www.tosd.com.au/blog) or Support Desk Knowledgebase (http://www.tosdnet.com.au/support/index.php?act=kb)
- Unless a separate Support Agreement has been entered into with TOSD regarding the maintenance of an online backup schedule, it will be the client’s responsibility to perform regular backups of their online facilities (files and databases). If this has been done then TOSD will assist with restoration should the need arise. If it has not been done then TOSD can accept no responsibility for any subsequent loss of data, regardless of its cause.
