Information Collection and Use
The Online Shop Designer (TOSD) asks for your personal information in order to create your personal access to our email marketing product, and to contact you in the course of using this product.
Initially you will receive a welcome email advising you of your account access details, and providing you with startup information. An opportunity will exist in that email for you to agree to receive further marketing tips and advice to help you manage your email marketing campaigns. If you do not agree to receive such information, it will not be sent to you.
The Online Shop Designer (TOSD) adheres strictly to permission-based email policy. Except as mentioned above (to send you important startup access information), The Online Shop Designer (TOSD) will not send you unsolicited email information, commercial offers or advertisements.
The Online Shop Designer (TOSD) will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists or our customer’s contact lists (including customer data) to any outside firms nor will The Online Shop Designer (TOSD) use customer contact lists for our own marketing purposes. All emails that you have requested will have an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled within minutes and no further communications will be sent to users who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.
Subscriber Lists and Newsletter Content
The Online Shop Designer (TOSD) ensures that all subscriber lists, email content and reports remain private and confidential.
The Online Shop Designer (TOSD) reserves the right to scan the content of your campaigns from time to time to ensure they contain no content that could be considered to be defamatory, abusive, obscene, profane, or include threatening material that is racially or ethnically offensive.
The Online Shop Designer (TOSD) will not sell, rent, loan or invite external access to a customer’s contact lists. Nor will The Online Shop Designer (TOSD) themselves use customer’s contact lists for any purpose.
