Yes, you can. However creating compliant email templates that can be read in the widest possible range of email applications is not a simple exercise. If you are in any doubt you would be well advised to opt for a professionally designed template from TOSD.

Yes, a very detailed User Guide is available upon signup.
| What is included in the account setup fee? | [−] |
The account setup fee covers:
- Setting up and configuring your e-glue account
- Creating custom fields as required
- Creating and installing a subscription form on your website (TOSD hosted customers only)
- Installing SPF and Domain Keys records to aid deliverability (TOSD hosted customers only)
| Can I upgrade my account if the number of subscribers grows to exceed my account limit? | [−] |
Yes, you can upgrade your account at any stage. You do not have to wait until the end of your billing year.
| Is my list secure? | [−] |
Yes, your list is available to you and you alone. No other users of e-glue can view, or have any level of access, to your subscribers details. Read our privacy statement for further information.
| Can I have a subscription form on my website to allow new customers to sign up? | [−] |
Yes, you can. The required code can be generated from within your e-glue account. If your website was designed by TOSD then this code will be added for you at no charge.
| Do I have to have a website hosted with TOSD to take advantage of e-glue? | [−] |
No you don't, however you may need to contact your own web designer to install the code that allows new subscribers to sign up into your website.
| What steps are taken to ensure high deliverability rates for my mailouts? | [−] |
If you website is hosted by TOSD, SPF and Domain Keys authentication systems will be enabled in your hosting account at no charge.
